Anthony Moore

Anthony Moore, PhD, is a seasoned professional in next-generation sequencing and genomics, currently serving as Team Lead and NGS Study Manager at Azenta Life Sciences since December 2019. With prior experience as a Research Fellow at the National Institute on Aging focusing on mitophagy and DNA repair, and extensive research roles at Duke University that included postdoctoral and graduate research, Moore has developed a strong foundation in molecular biology techniques. Earlier positions included a Laboratory Technician role at SeqWright and a Mellon Mays Research Fellowship at Rice University. Anthony holds a PhD in Genetics from Duke University and a BS in Evolutionary Biology from Rice University.
