Kathy Salisbury is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR systems across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at Azenta Life Sciences, Kathy oversees the global compensation and benefits strategy for a major life sciences company. Previous roles include VP, Head of Compensation at Edelman Financial Engines, where Kathy led the merger harmonization of compensation structures, and VP of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Sensata Technologies, managing a global team. Kathy has also directed compensation and HR operations at Cytec Solvay Group and CIT Group Inc., and has held various compensation roles at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Willis Towers Watson Data Services. Kathy holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Technology Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
