Olga Pirogova

Olga Pirogova has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Olga is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Azenta Life Sciences since 2023. Previously, they held the same position at Speedcast from 2021 to 2023, where they led the global HR function for approximately 1,500 employees across 40 countries.

Before Speedcast, Olga worked at BD from 2009 to 2021, where they held various roles, including Vice President Human Resources and Senior Director Human Resources Worldwide Pharmaceutical Systems; European HR Director. In these positions, they oversaw HR strategies and functions for large global organizations and played a key role in areas such as employee engagement, recruitment, learning and development, and leadership development.

Olga also served as the Regional Human Resources Director for Latin America at BD from 2009 to 2014, where they were responsible for defining and enabling HR strategies and service delivery for approximately 5,000 employees across sales, marketing, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining BD, Olga worked at BP as an HR Director in Mexico, where they led the HR function and was involved in HR transformation and divestment projects.

Olga began their career as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Philip Morris International.

Olga Pirogova completed their education at three different institutions. Firstly, they attended Cornell University's School of Industrial & Labor Relations, where they pursued an Advanced HR Leadership Program. Secondly, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Development from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Lastly, Olga earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Minsk State Linguistic University.
