Thomas Miller

Thomas Miller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in life sciences and laboratory management. Currently serving as the Instrumentation Manager at Azenta Life Sciences since May 2021, Thomas leads a team of Instrument Technicians to ensure the quality and maintenance of critical equipment across the U.S. Previously at GENEWIZ, Thomas held several key positions, including Assistant Manager of Instrument Support and Team Leader for Instrument Specialists, where responsibilities included managing sequencing processes and quality control. Thomas also gained valuable experience as an Associate Scientist, contributing to Sanger Sequencing projects and customer communication. Early in the career, Thomas worked at Boston Medical Center and Gap Inc./Banana Republic, focusing on administrative support and inventory management. Thomas holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Biology from UMass Boston.
