Shamkhal Mammadov

Shamkhal Mammadov is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic development. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Airport Services Project Management Division at Azerbaijan Airlines, Shamkhal Mammadov is focused on driving organizational transformation and enhancing operational efficiency through effective change management strategies. Previously, Shamkhal Mammadov worked as the Lead Strategy and Corporate Development Specialist at the Kiçik və Orta Biznesin İnkişafı Agentliyi, conducting research on entrepreneurship trends and preparing strategic plans. Prior roles include Export Promotion Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at Azerbaijan Export & Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), where Shamkhal Mammadov managed numerous projects and coordinated initiatives related to non-oil exports and SMEs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Khazar University and ongoing Master’s studies in Management in Civil Aviation at the National Aviation Academy.
