Gunel currently serves as the President of the European Ski Mountaineering Council, Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation, and Director of Communications and Events at the Azerbaijan Tourism Board. Gunel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
