Rıza Özkaya

Rıza Özkaya is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Azersun Holding since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rıza was the Brewery Director at Anadolu Efes and held the position of Regional Operations Director at Cargill from January 2020 to March 2023, overseeing multiple plants in the META region and serving on the executive board. Rıza’s previous experience includes roles such as Operations Director at Umur Printing Company, Head of Quality and Head of Production at Diageo, and Production Manager at PepsiCo. Rıza began a career in operations management at DuPont and possesses an MBA in General Management from George Mason University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
