Ishita Mazumdar

Ishita Mazumdar currently serves as a Working Student - Agile Coach and Scrum Master Support at azeti GmbH since September 2023. Previously, Ishita held the position of Head Of Human Resources at Youth India Foundation, focusing on building an integrated student network within the E-Commerce wing from June 2020 to August 2022. Experience also includes internships in psychology at Querencia Psychology: Every Mind Matters, PeakMind.in, Allysk, and Fortis Healthcare, where Ishita actively contributed to various projects related to mental health, business solutions, and relationship psychology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Psychology from HMKW University of Applied Sciences (2022-2024) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Hons.) from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (2019-2022).
