Philipp van Beeck

Philipp van Beeck has over 25 years of professional experience in software engineering. In 1996, they began their career as a Software Developer at ASM-Steuerungstechnik GmbH, where they developed a real-time control system for on-stage equipment and DMX lighting control systems. In 1999, they moved to GNK GmbH, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, developing telecommunication least cost routers and DMX controllers. In 2001, they joined e:cue lighting control GmbH e:cue control GmbH | An OSRAM Company as a Product Strategy Director and Senior Software Architect, where they also became a founder and shareholder. In 2012, they took a sabbatical as a Manager. In 2013, they became the CEO of IMEON Engineering GmbH. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Software Officer at Energybox. Currently, they are a Software Team Lead (MES) at azeti GmbH.

Philipp van Beeck studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Paderborn University, where they earned their Dipl. Ing. degree from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they studied Physics at University Heidelberg from 1990 to 1992.
