Ann-Marie Keil

Ann-Marie Keil is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in sales development and management across various regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC. Currently serving as Sales Development Director at Azets since September 2025, Ann-Marie previously held the role of BDR Manager North America at Flexera, where a high-performing SDR team was built and coached to exceed quotas. Prior to that, Ann-Marie was involved with Snow Software as BDR Manager EMEA & APAC before its acquisition by Flexera. Earlier career experiences include positions at Splunk, Apptio, Flashbay, and EIMS, contributing to a strong background in sales strategy and executive engagement marketing. Ann-Marie earned a First State Exam in German-English Studies from Goethe University Frankfurt.
