Claire Jepras

Claire Jepras currently serves as the Group Chief People Officer at Azets, a role undertaken since July 2023. Prior to this position, Claire held the title of Chief People Officer at Ipsos UK from May 2016 to July 2023. Claire's extensive experience in human resources includes multiple leadership roles at Compass Group UK & Ireland, Carillion, and Marks and Spencer, starting from HR Director to various managerial positions. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Distinction from Aston University, a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from the University of Wolverhampton, and a BSc (Econ) in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. Additionally, Claire is currently enrolled in the Executive Development Programme at London Business School, focusing on HR in Transforming Organisations.
