Frode Nordli has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Sales Manager at StorbyGuiden AS, where they led a sales team and was responsible for budgeting and results. Frode then moved on to work as a Sales Manager at Argus Media AS in 2000, where they built a key account department, managed a telephone sales team, and had budget and result responsibilities. In 2001, they became a Sales Manager at Halebop Norway AS, where they established the company in the mobile services market and was in charge of sales, marketing campaigns, and business development. Frode Nordli also worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Ungdomskanalen AS - Propaganda, overseeing a sales department and achieving budget and goal targets. In 2003, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Adimo Norge AS, where they grew the company's revenue and managed a team of seven employees. Frode Nordli then served as a CEO at Follo Fotball and Follo Håndballklubb, taking responsibility for budgeting, results, sponsor activities, and developing new concepts. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Founder and CEO of Galleri Ljan, focusing on sales and promotion of art. Prior to their current role, Frode Nordli worked as a Senior Advisor at Smartcom:tv, providing communication advice and sales in web TV and webcast. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales & Partners at Azets Technology, where they are responsible for sales and partnerships.

Frode Nordli attended Sandaker VGS from 1989 to 1992, where they studied VKII: Reiselivslinja m/markedsføring. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they completed a degree in Trener 3 from Norges Håndballforbund.
