Megan views yoga as a transformational tool to help not only expand our body's limitations but also open the heart and discover the truth. She believes that her biggest asset as a teacher is her own devotion to her personal practice. This gives her an intimate understanding of how postures develop and how to help students move through their internal practice to come back home to themselves. Megan is an advanced ashtanga practitioner and uses the foundational components of the Asthanga practice in her classes. She enjoys teaching difficult postures but emphasizes breath, bandha, and gaze to achieve instead of force. Her classes our access to all levels providing challenges for both the seasoned practitioner and the beginner.
