Rob Bloemker

Co-Founder at Azibo

Rob Bloemker has had a long and successful career in finance. Rob started their career in 1988 as a Mortgage Trader at Salomon Brothers. In 1997, they were promoted to Managing Director at Lehman Brothers. In 1999, they moved to Putnam Investments, where they served as Head of Fixed Income until 2011. During this time, they also co-founded Five Ten Capital, a private equity investment firm that acquired, renovated, and managed 2,000 single-family rental properties across 10 states. Rob sold the company and properties to a NY investment firm in 2011. In 2013, they co-founded Dwell Finance, a private lender to investors of single family homes, which they sold to a NY investment firm in 2015. Rob then moved to Cerberus Capital Management, where they served as Portfolio Manager until 2016. In 2019, they co-founded Azibo and currently serves as Co-Founder. In 2016, they also co-founded 1Sharpe Capital, where they currently serve as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer.

Rob Bloemker attended Washington University in St. Louis.
