Vikas Gupta is the CEO at Azibo, a performance management software company. Vikas was previously the Founder & CEO of Nodabl, a company that provides performance management software to help managers and individuals have an ongoing, structured conversation around professional development and career growth. Prior to that, Vikas was the Entrepreneur In Residence at Alpha Edison and the VP Product/Strategy at The Baby Box Company.

Vikas has also worked as the VP Strategy & Head of Marketing at Factual Inc, a leading global location data company, and as a Summer Associate at Rustic Canyon Partners. Vikas began their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Vikas Gupta has an MBA in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Business-Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
