Silvia Spreafico

Silvia Spreafico is an experienced professional in the fields of education, training, and employment services. Currently serving as Responsabile progettazione at AZIENDA BERGAMASCA FORMAZIONE since July 2022, Silvia has been instrumental in providing professional and ongoing training services as well as employment support in Regione Lombardia. Previously, from August 2008 to September 2019, Silvia held the role of Responsabile di sede and Impiegata at the same organization, focusing on intervention design for workforce requalification and the management of employment services. Early career experience includes working with the Provincia di Bergamo in labor policy consultancy, and academic roles at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by significant contributions to the development of active labor policies with the Agenzia Regionale Istruzione Formazione Lavoro. Silvia holds a PhD in Sociology and Research Methodology, as well as a Laurea in Educational Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
