Patrick Barlocchi

Patrick Barlocchi has extensive experience in the energy sector, notably with Azienda Elettrica Ticinese since May 1993, where current responsibilities include serving as Head of Telecontrol, overseeing telecontrol, metering, and communication for energy transport, distribution, and generation.
