Mario Antonini

Mario Antonini serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Private Banking Support Team at EFG Bank, a position held since February 2016, while also acting as the First Vice President for Wealth Planning Advisory Ticino. In addition to their current roles, Mario is a board member for Aziende Industriali di Lugano (AIL) SA since September 2021 and previously served as a municipal council member for Città di Lugano from June 2012 to April 2021 and as a board member for Verzasca S.A. from June 2009 to April 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at BSI Bank and Banca del Gottardo SA, as well as a judicial secretariat position with the Republic and Canton of Ticino. Mario holds a Master in Law from the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.
