Ritika Gupta

Ritika Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ritika is currently the Head of Human Resources Operations at Azilen Technologies, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KCS - Krish Compusoft Services as a Human Resource Operations specialist from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Ahmedabad University from 2018 to 2020. Ritika also has experience in academia, as they worked as an HRM - Academician at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad from 2014 to 2018. Ritika began their career in human resources at GENPACT, where they worked as Human resources - Serco and Mercer from 2010 to 2014.

Ritika Gupta completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IBS Hyderabad between the years 2008 and 2010.
