Ajay Pal Singh

Ajay Pal Singh is an accomplished HR leader with over 13 years of experience in health insurance and people operations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Bupa since September 2025, Ajay is dedicated to building robust HR frameworks and driving strategic transformation at Bupa Capability Center, with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and fostering organizational growth. Prior to this role, Ajay held several positions at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, including General Manager Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager, after starting a career in human resources with Ikya Human Capital Solutions as a Management Trainee. Ajay holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Maharshi Dayanand University and a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Rajasthan.
