Meghaa Gupta

Meghaa Gupta is a consultant at Azim Premji University, where a course on Nature Writing for Children has been designed since July 2022. As a self-employed freelance writer since January 2010, Meghaa has contributed feature stories on education and environment to various reputable publications, including The Hindu and WWF, and authored a book on courses and careers in the environment published by TERI in 2015. Meghaa is also a founding member of India’s first Green Literature Festival, leading initiatives focused on children's and youth literature about the environment. Previous roles include managing rights and business development for Tulika Publishers and working as an editor at DK. Academic qualifications include a current MA in Environmental Humanities from Bath Spa University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Delhi University.
