Tyler Coon

Tyler Coon is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Azimuth Renewables since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler held significant positions at BrightNight, where responsibilities as Vice President and Director of Development included leading market teams in the eastern United States and overseeing utility-scale projects. Previous experience includes roles at Duke Energy Renewables and Duke Energy Corporation, focusing on business development for renewable energy projects and community engagement for transmission siting. Tyler's career began at Farmland Reserve and has included a variety of engineering and management roles at Cambridge International, Archer Engineers, and Black & Veatch. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
