Sebastian Buitrago is an experienced operations manager currently leading operations for the Latin American region at AZIWELL since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sebastian served as a project manager at ECODRILL for a brief period, where responsibilities included controlling directional drilling plans and stakeholder management. From September 2017 to February 2021, Sebastian was a directional driller supervisor at STYR Directional Core Drilling, overseeing similar drilling operations. Previous roles also include commercial engineer at Hybrytec, industrial assessor at ALMACENES JJ S.A., and field engineer at Baker Hughes. Sebastian holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Project Management specialization from Universidad EAFIT.
