Zuhair al-Yahia

Zuhair Al-Yahia is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management, planning, and execution within the construction industry. Currently serving as Projects Director and Head of Construction at Azizi Developments since February 2017, Zuhair oversees the development of high-rise residential and hotel apartment buildings across various locations in Dubai, managing major projects including the Meydan developments. Previously, Zuhair held significant positions at Urbacon Contracting & Trading, where the management of the Mall of Qatar was under direct supervision, and as Chief Executive Officer at Modern Executive Systems Contracting. Other notable roles include Projects Manager at Arabian Construction Co., where management of the world's tallest residential tower was achieved, and General Manager at Cartel Contracting Company. Zuhair began a career in the field with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kashmir, further progressing through various engineering and management roles across multiple contractors in the UAE.
