Maxim Staudacher

Maxim Staudacher is an experienced professional currently serving as the Country Manager for the DACH region at ZestMeUp since September 2022, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and productivity through innovative app solutions. Prior to this role, Maxim worked at Deloitte Digital as a Senior Consultant and Venture Architect from February 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included designing value propositions and operating models for various industry projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Simon-Kucher & Partners, Nestlé, BearingPoint, and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, contributing to projects in pricing, market entry strategies, and regulatory reporting. Maxim holds a CEMS Master's in International Management from The University of Sydney Business School and a degree in International Management from WU Vienna.
