Previous roles include Property Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Operations Manager, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale properties, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and personnel management. Prior to their current position, Kevin held several compliance-focused roles at Emerald Services, Inc., ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
