Kelsey Hazelwood

Kelsey Hazelwood currently serves as Configuration Team Lead and Product Manager at AZOVA, leading a team of two Configuration Specialists and managing configuration items throughout their lifecycle since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Clinical Informaticist at Babylon from March 2022 to August 2023, where partnerships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals focused on enhancing clinical workflows, alongside generating reports using AthenaHealth tools and SQL. Kelsey also held the position of Patient Experience Advisor at Flight Health from July 2021 to March 2022, onboarding new patients into the Athenahealth EMR and addressing related issues. Earlier experience includes working as an Ambulatory Informatics Specialist and Lead Patient Services Representative at Shore Physicians Group from June 2015 to June 2021.
