Romain Giraud

Romain Giraud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the fintech and banking sectors. Currently serving as Head of CRM/CLM and Client Referential at AZQORE SA since January 2020, Romain leads the implementation of strategic initiatives related to wealth management and client lifecycle management using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Prior to this, Romain held various leadership roles at HSBC Private Banking, overseeing the delivery of internet banking and mobile platforms across multiple regions, and contributing significantly to technological integrations and enhancements. Romain also has a strong background in project management from positions at Total Oil Asia Pacific and Arkema, where successful project execution and operational efficiency were achieved. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information System Management from EPF Engineering School and a Master's in Bio Mathematics from Concordia University.
