Tsviya Orenstein Kacen

Tsviya Orenstein Kacen serves as the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Azrieli Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tsviya held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Tambour from August 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategy, brand management, and product innovation, resulting in revenue growth and earning two Effie Awards for significant integrated marketing campaigns. From 2014 to December 2017, Tsviya was Marketing & Business Development Director for Tnuva's Food Brands Division, overseeing the business and marketing strategies for several food brands with annual sales approximating €150 million. Tsviya's career at Tnuva began in 2002, progressing from Brand Manager to various roles, including Business Unit Manager in the Dairy Division. Tsviya holds an LLB in Law and an MBA in Business and Marketing from Bar-Ilan University.
