Michael Noffsinger, PLS, has extensive experience in land development project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Aztec Consultants, Inc. since August 2003. In this role, Michael utilizes AutoCAD Civil 3D to draft various types of land surveys, including topographic, ALTA land title, GPS control, boundary, and construction surveys. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Surveyor at URS Corporation, contributing to a significant soil remediation and Hazmat cleanup project at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal's South plant site. Michael holds a diploma from Englewood High School and attended the University of Wyoming from 1998 to 2001.
