Andrew Moreno Pe, Ptoe

Andrew Moreno, PE, PTOE, is a Senior Project Manager and Traffic Group Manager at AZTEC Engineering Group, Inc. since August 2014, where prior roles included Project Engineer and Traffic Designer. Previously, Andrew served as a Traffic EIT at SouthWest Traffic Engineering, LLC from June 2007 to August 2014, focusing on traffic impact analysis studies, crash analysis studies, parking studies, Design Concept Reports, and alternative analysis studies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, completed in 2012.
