Chandani Malla is a seasoned Traffic Project Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification, currently with AZTEC Engineering Group, Inc. since August 2020. Malla has extensive experience in leading traffic-related projects, including signing and marking, lighting, and signal plans for the City of Goodyear and various clients across Arizona. Previous roles include Traffic Designer and Engineering Designer at Y.S. Mantri & Associates, L.L.C., where scoping plans for ADA evaluations and capacity analyses for intersections were managed, along with a position as Civil Engineer at Valley Metro RPTA, focusing on rail transit signing and marking plans. Malla's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Transportation from South Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
