Charlotte Light is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Aztec Group, Charlotte Light leads the Technology department to enhance digital experiences for clients and employees. Previously, Charlotte Light held the position of Group Chief Technology Officer at the Institute of Coding, contributing to the development of digital skills aligned with industry demands. With a strong background that includes roles such as Controller of System Delivery at Channel 4 and IT Director at Specsavers, Charlotte Light has consistently managed IT strategies, delivery, and innovations across multiple sectors. Academic credentials include an MSc in Applied Marine Science from the University of Plymouth and a BSc in Environmental Science and Archaeology from the University of Winchester.
