Simon Ware

Simon Ware serves as the Associate Director of Innovation at Aztec Group, focusing on digital asset services and the tokenization of private markets since February 2022. In addition, Simon holds advisory roles at Wilder Carbon and the ERC3643 Association, promoting carbon lock-up strategies and standardized tokenization frameworks respectively. As a mentor for Techstars and Startupbootcamp, Simon supports aspiring entrepreneurs in the FinTech sector. Simon also contributes to the INREV Technology Committee, which aims to enhance technology and innovation within the non-listed real estate industry. Prior experience includes a Senior Product Owner position at Invesco Ltd. and a Programme Assurance Consultant role at Rhead Group. Academic qualifications include studies at the Chartered Institute of Marketing and INSEAD, alongside a degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter.
