Will Relf

Will Relf is an accomplished leader in data and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data (Chief Data & Analytics Officer) at Aztec Group since June 2023. With extensive experience in data engineering and analytics, Relf has held significant roles at Meta as a Senior Leader in Data Engineering, and as Director of Data Science and Business Analytics at Valcon, where a new methodology for analytics was developed. Previous positions include Head of Data at JustGiving, where Relf was responsible for data strategy, and a series of roles at TalkTalk, Hostelworld Group, and 4Front Information Systems, focused on data engineering and insights in various sectors. Relf’s career began as a Data Engineer at P&O Ferries and includes earlier technical roles in education and IT support. Relf holds a degree with distinction in Information Technology from the University of Kent and a Double A-Level in Information Technology from MidKent College.
