Eljan Khalilov

Eljan Khalilov is an experienced professional in human resources and event management, currently serving as the Human Resource Information System Manager at Aztelekom since September 2023. Eljan is also an Associate Founder of MassGroup Event Management, which has been active in organizing events, concerts, and corporate meetings since 2017. Previous roles include Human Resources Information System Consultant at SMART business and Junior HRIS Specialist at both PASHA Management Company and Pasha Construction LLC, where responsibilities involved maintaining SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Additionally, Eljan worked as an Assistant in the HR Department at ADY Container and as a Marketing Researcher. Eljan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ADA University and Audencia, an MBA in Data Analytics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management at International Black Sea University.
