Elnur Mammadov

Elnur Mammadov is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a lawyer at Vəkillər Kollegiyası since July 2022. Additionally, Elnur holds multiple positions at Aztelekom, including the head of the Legal Disputes Regulation Department, head of the Executive and Court Affairs Sector, and lead lawyer since September 2018. Elnur is also a mediator with the Mediation Council Azerbaijan since August 2021 and previously worked as a lawyer at İM-Hüquq Xidmətləri from January 2016 to September 2018. Starting the career as a loan officer at AccessBank Azerbaijan from August 2014 to December 2015, Elnur has also held the position of president at the Students International Cooperation Public Union from October 2008 to November 2013. Elnur Mammadov holds a bachelor's degree in law from Baku State University and a bachelor's degree in history from Azerbaijan International University. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Trade and Finance at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Elnur continues to enhance professional expertise.
