Gahraman Kazimov

Gahraman Kazimov serves as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and holds multiple board positions, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Azerpost and Member of the Board of Directors for various companies such as Azercell Telecom LLC, Aztelekom, Baktelecom, and AzInTelecom. Prior to the current roles, Gahraman Kazimov held significant marketing and management positions at Azercell Telecom LLC, where responsibilities included consumer marketing strategy, customer lifecycle management, and pricing strategy. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at British Petroleum, focusing on strategic procurement and cost optimization. Gahraman Kazimov holds an MA in Economics from Central European University and a BBA in Business Administration from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, alongside studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
