Her professional career has been developed in the GMCP (Gross Market Consumption Products) sector, throughout the last 20 or more years, 16 of which are dedicated to one of the first national distribution companies whilst fulfilling different positions within the Management team of the Commercial and Marketing areas.

Founding partner of www.baiba.es and investor in different start-ups in the sector. She have also mentored for national, European incubation and acceleration programs and a professor of Marketing at the Cámarabilbao University Business School.
