Louise Hennis

Louise Hennis has extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as Head of Talent Management at AB Azucarera Iberia since March 2010, where responsibilities include recruitment, training, capabilities development, digitalization initiatives, engagement, and performance management. Prior roles at AB Azucarera Iberia include Senior Talent Management Partner, focusing on graduate and apprentice programs and people development initiatives, as well as PA to the Managing Director and Finance Director. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Teacher and Recruiter at Talking Point from September 2008 to February 2010. Louise Hennis holds a Bachelor's degree in French and Music from the University of Bristol, earned between 2002 and 2006.
