Miguel Paulo Carag

Miguel Paulo Carag has a diverse background in hospitality and customer service, currently serving as General Manager at AZUL Hospitality since November 2021, where Miguel Paulo has also held the roles of Operations Manager and Front Desk Manager. Previously, Miguel Paulo Carag worked with Interstate Hotels & Resorts from November 2017 to November 2021 as Guest Services Supervisor and Guest Services Associate. Early experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from March 2013 to May 2016, where leadership and operational excellence were key responsibilities. Additionally, Miguel Paulo Carag served as Recreation Leader for the City of Hermosa Beach from May 2009 to December 2012, working with elementary school students in after school and summer programs. Education includes an Associate degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Los Angeles Community College District and a program completion at Nurses' Development Center in 2017.
