Krista Sugerman

Krista Sugerman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at Medtronic, Krista oversees the Core Surgical Innovations global business unit, managing a diverse $6B product portfolio. Previously, Krista held the role of Vice President, Global Marketing & Chief Transformation Officer, where responsibilities included the global portfolio and commercial strategy for a $2B+ diabetes business unit. Earlier positions at Medtronic included leading the Diabetes Consumables Franchise, managing an $800M P&L. Krista's career also includes roles at Novacept, Johnson & Johnson, and B.Braun, with a strong foundation in sales and territory management. Krista holds a BS in International Business from Indiana University and completed the Medical Marketing Executive Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
