Anna Fowler

Anna Fowler is an experienced professional in customer success and relationship management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Azupay since March 2022. In this role, Anna leads a dedicated team focused on client implementation, business initiatives, and account management, emphasizing customer satisfaction and success. Prior to Azupay, Anna held various positions at Bank of Melbourne, including Customer Success Director, where the focus was on managing a large portfolio of deposit clients and enhancing client relationships. Additionally, Anna served as a Business Initiatives Manager at St.George Bank, overseeing national transaction banking strategic priorities, and held multiple roles within the Bank of Melbourne focusing on corporate transactional solutions and client relationship development. Anna's foundational experience includes participation in the LEAD Program for emerging leaders at St.George Banking Group and roles in customer service beginning in 2006.
