Prior to my current role, I served as an Assistant Manager of Recruitment & Development and Assistant Manager of Training & Development at United Bank Limited. In these roles, I honed my skills in identifying and assessing top talent and designing tailored training programs that fostered employee growth and development. These skills have been invaluable in my current role as a Product Manager, where I leverage them to build and lead high-performing product teams.

As a Product Manager, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products that meet our customers' needs. My experience in recruitment and training has been particularly useful in developing user-centric product strategies.
