Hugues d'ALES

Hugues d'ALES has a long and varied career in sales, business development, and public affairs. Hugues began their career in 2003 as a Platoon leader in the French Army. In 2005, they became the Deputy Commanding Officer of the Paris Fire Department. In 2008, they joined L'Oréal as the Public Affairs Manager in their EU Office. In 2015, they took on the role of General Manager at Bernard Magrez, where they were responsible for the PnL, proposing and implementing a marketing and commercial strategy, and increasing profitability. In 2018, they became the Managing Partner at Barnes Fine Wines. In 2019, they became the Head of Sales and Business Development/ Hermès- Equestrian. In 2020, they joined Azur Drones as the Deputy Managing Director Sales & Strategy.

Hugues d'ALES attended the French Military Academy- Saint Cyr from 1999 to 2002. Hugues then went on to attend ESCP Business School from 2007 to 2008, where they earned an Executive MBA. Lastly, they attended CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau in 2011.
