Tom Stothert

Tom Stothert has worked in the financial industry since 2008. Tom began their career as a Summer Intern at RBC Capital Markets. In 2012, they worked as an Analyst at RESOLUTION PARTNERS. In 2013, they held two positions: Equity Sales at MCI Asset Management and Security Trust and Client Relationship Manager at Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd. In 2016, they became a Private Client Group Underwriter at Azur Underwriting Ltd. Their role as Client Relationship Manager included assisting a collection of hedge funds, family offices and HNWs with their operations, execution dealing in FX, equities and fixed income products, managing potential clients until they come onboard and developing new business on existing accounts, and analysing equity risk within portfolios to determine the collateral of a portfolio and the subsequent level of leverage provided.

Tom Stothert attended the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Economics. Tom then attended Newcastle University from 2008 to 2011, earning a degree in Maths & Economics.
