Adrian Arundell

Adrian joined Azure Capital in 2011 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2016.

Adrian has over 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, working across industry sectors including financial services, mining and mining services, consumer products, agriculture and healthcare. He has advised on a variety of transactions including public and private M&A and capital raisings (debt and equity).

Adrian has spent considerable time working overseas and interstate, including several years in London, Melbourne and Sydney. Adrian has strong networks with global and local private equity firms and is a recognised leader in the Western Australian market for executing transaction with such counterparts. Prior to joining Azure Adrian was Partner-in-Charge of the KPMG Perth Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Adrian is a Director of St John of God Health Care and a Director of the University of Notre Dame Australia. He was previously the Regional Chair of FINSIA WA, a Member of the John XXIII College Council and a WA Council Member of the Turnaround Management Association. In 2009, Adrian was a recipient of a WA Business News “40under40” award, recognising WA’s top 40 pre-eminent business leaders under 40 years of age.
