Ross Rugdee

Ross joined Azure Capital in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, Ross spent three years in the Assurance and Advisory division at EY. He then worked for the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Deloitte for five years. He has M&A experience across a variety of industries including Natural Resources, Consumer Retail, Agribusiness, Technology, Real Estate, Industrials and Financial Institutions.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance with Honours) from the University of Western Australia. He also completed the CFA Level 1 and CFA Level 2 exams, with an overall score within the top 10% of all candidates globally for both exams. Ross is a Chartered Accountant from the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) professional accounting body.
