Stan Zemskoff

Stan Zemskoff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stan co-founded Azure Yacht Group in 2020 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. Stan worked at USF Fabrication from 2017 to 2019, initially as a Business Consultant and later as a Business Development Manager. At USF Fabrication, they were involved in ERP implementation, purchasing automation, WMS implementation, and lean process development.

From 2018 to 2021, Stan Zemskoff was the Founder and CEO of Pauli. Prior to that, they were the Owner and Principal of Welldonewood from 2014 to 2019. At Welldonewood, they were responsible for building marketing strategies, sales network establishment, fundraising, and business planning. Stan also worked on custom key client projects with major retailers and government contracting.

In 2016 and 2017, Stan Zemskoff was a Senior Project Manager at Lamoda Group, where they led multiple projects within a large fulfillment center. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Lean Implementation Manager and Project Manager at SVEZA, where they implemented centralized project office and warehouse management systems.

Stan Zemskoff started their career at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. as a Warehouse Specialist and IT Support from 2006 to 2008. Stan then joined DHL Express as a Process Engineer and later became a Project Manager, where they implemented various projects including a mobile van laboratory and courier dispatch system.

Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo as a Development Manager from 2010 to 2011, where they implemented i2 JDA Supply Chain strategies and led data mining and reporting projects. Stan also worked at CEO Consulting as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2013, developing customized supply chain planning solutions for retail companies.

Throughout their career, Stan Zemskoff has shown a strong focus on supply chain management, project management, process improvement, and business development.

Stan Zemskoff earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Optical Electronic Instruments and Systems from Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography. Stan attended the university from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, Stan obtained an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Lyceum of Information Technologies #1533.

In addition to their formal education, Stan Zemskoff also holds two certifications. In 2009, they obtained the Prince 2 Project Management certification from DHL Express. In 2016, they obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from Simplilearn.
