Dale Ugazio is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Support Engineer at Azured Consulting since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dale held the position of Senior IT Project Engineer and Escalation Consultant at Powernet IT Solutions from May 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing 365 migrations and SharePoint migrations, as well as presales and solution design. From March 2010 to May 2015, Dale worked as a Project Services Engineer and Senior Network Administrator at Solutionware Pty Ltd, focusing on IT solutions for small to medium businesses. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at State Trustees from April 2008 to March 2010, providing IT support to employees, and working as a Desktop Support Specialist at Telstra from 2003 to 2006. Dale completed a Diploma in IT Technical Support at Swinburne University of Technology from 1997 to 1999 and earned a VCE from Ashwood College between 1990 and 1996.
